Return Policy

1)       You can return most items within 20 days from the ship date.To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable).

2)   Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 15%.

3)     We cannot accept the return of certain items, including:Swimming suits, undergarments, body jewelry, software, factory-sealed sports collectible sets, cigars, wines, and perishable products (food items, chocolates, plants & flowers) and items shipped to APO/FPO 
addressesOther select items, as noted on the product detail page.

4)     Customers must receive a RMA number before returning items.  RMA #’s can be obtained by either emailing us at :customerservice@giftsbymadison.com or by call our customer service department at 1-888-442-8979

Shipping

1)     Most items will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

2)     All items ship Standard Ground.

3)     We only ship to the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
